Our moulds for precast concrete are manufactured for a broad range of
customers and to close tolerances from either customer drawings (of a mould
or a cast), from a cast we can develop moulds with customer input with our in-
house design team.
They are of an all-steel construction with particular attention paid to design
enabling us to offer the customer a sturdy, durable and easy to use product.
Although almost any type of mould can be manufactured to suit either drycast or
wetcast production, our main types are:
- Knockout moulds - e.g. Pilings, fence posts, patio slabs, duct coverlids.
- Larger strippable moulds (including strippable battery moulds) - e.g. Filter bed slabs, vanity screens, staircases with interchangeable flights.
- Moulds to suit speciality precast machines, like the 'Coote' type machine
